Gasa Winter Hotspring Trek takes you to a maximum elevation of 2430 m above sea level leading through the semi-tropical forest where orchids are in abundance. If lucky, one might have the opportunity of seeing ‘Takin’ Bhutan’s national animal. The main attraction of this trek is the trip to the hot spring at Gasa, which the Bhutanese believe has medicinal value.
